Pioche Food Group, aka PFG, is a food service business based out of Upper Fruitland, NM with many years of experience in the hospitality business.
PFG has been busy providing catering services, private dining’s, vending from our food trailer & presenting a nine-course Fine Dining experience called ‘LorAmy’.
Chef Justin Pioche is a 2023 James Beard Finalist for Best Chef: Southwest. Justin possesses a passion that continues to grow along with his respect for his people's history. He aims to learn as much as possible while maturing & developing his own style of cooking. Navajo food is definitely more than survival food to him. It is the essence for healing, beauty, and humility.
