About Us

Basin Health Companies, operating as Basin Home Health & Hospice and Basin Coordinated Healthcare, is a state certified Medicare and Medicaid home health agency that provides professional services to clients in northwestern New Mexico. We have been serving clients in San Juan County since 1992. The companies currently employ over 700 people in the region.

Most recently, Basin established, and was granted federal charity status for, a new foundation: The Basin Good Neighbor Fund. The foundation was chartered to help support the home health and hospice needs of all, including the medically indigent, regardless of ability to pay.
