About Us

Arroyo Rescue and Recreational Training specializing in Ropes, Rivers, and Rescue, was founded in Farmington New Mexico in 1997. Since that time we have trained and certified thousands of Recreationalist, Firefighters, Police Officers, and Military in the ways of Technical Rescue. Our students hail from all around the globe and often come here to train in our beautiful and diverse landscape and rivers. Our highly trained staff are have become internationally known as experts in the areas of experiential education, rescue, disaster response, leadership, team dynamics, and international development.
