About Us

The Mission of The Arc of San Juan County is to improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages by advocating for equal opportunities and choices in where and how they learn, live, work, play and socialize. The Arc of San Juan County believes that every individual and family affected by developmental disability in New Mexico should have access to the information, advocacy, and skills they need to participate as active citizens of our democracy and active members of their community. We work to ensure that people with developmental disabilities and their families have the support they need to live an ordinary, decent American lives.
